Privacy notice
How your information is used to run the live event and deliver what you purchase.
Last updated October 26, 2026
This notice applies to the Divorce Prep Conference website and its editions. Miamimarketer.com, LLC operates the website and registration systems for the November 14, 2026 event.
Who this covers
This notice covers people who visit the conference site, buy a pass or optional digital product, join the live event, or contact the conference team. Vasquez de Lara Law Group, PA is the co-host for the November 14, 2026 edition.
Information we collect
Registration and purchase records include your name, email address, selected product, order details, payment status, and the notices you accepted. Commas processes payment information. We use payment and order status to confirm access; we do not ask you to send card details by email.
The optional day planner on this site keeps your selections in your browser. If you participate in a recorded session, the recording may include your name, image, voice, questions, chat contributions, or other participation.
How we use it
We use information to process purchases, issue tickets and event access, support attendees, deliver separately purchased digital products, and keep event and financial records. We may also use event recordings to make Replay videos and educational materials such as tips and worksheets.
Who receives it
We share information needed to run the event with payment, registration, event-platform, email, and support providers. The November 14 event co-host receives attendee information for the shared event. Providers receive information only as needed for their role.
Permission for promotional follow-up is separate from the information needed to operate the event. We share contact requests with the law firm, Pronto service, or individual exhibitor you select, for the purposes described below.
Law-firm and Pronto follow-up
When you expressly request law-firm follow-up, you give Vanessa Vasquez de Lara and Vasquez de Lara Law Group, PA permission to email you about the family-law information and services you request. Authorized personnel and service providers may respond on the firm's behalf. You can withdraw permission for future promotional email at any time.
A request for information does not create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee representation, or mean the firm has accepted your matter. Please do not submit confidential case details through conference registration.
If you separately request information about Pronto, your name, email address, and request may be shared with the Pronto provider identified on that request form so it can email you about its services. The request must identify the provider and make its privacy notice available. Permission to hear from the law firm does not automatically enroll you in Pronto marketing.
Email from Divorce Prep Conference
When you opt in to DPC promotional email, Miamimarketer.com, LLC may email you under the Divorce Prep Conference brand about conference resources, Replay videos, Action Packs, and future events. Promotional emails identify the sender and include an unsubscribe option.
Verification codes, purchase confirmations, event access, schedule updates, and support messages are handled separately from promotional email. Unsubscribing from promotions does not cancel your ticket.
Expo exhibitors you choose
When you affirmatively request contact from a named expo exhibitor, you give us permission to share your name, email address, and submitted request with that exhibitor so it can email you about the resources or services you request. Its identity and privacy notice must be available when you make that choice.
Visiting the expo, viewing a booth, or attending a session does not by itself authorize exhibitor marketing. Permission for one exhibitor does not authorize contact from every exhibitor. You can withdraw future marketing permission directly with the exhibitor.
How permission works
Each contact choice is separate from accepting the Attendee Terms, acknowledging this notice, or receiving necessary registration messages. This notice does not itself record a marketing opt-in. Permission is given through an affirmative selection or contact request naming the recipient and purpose.
Consent records should identify the selection, permission wording and version, date and time, and relevant registration or booth action. Existing attendees are not treated as having made a new choice they never selected. These email permissions do not authorize automated calls or text messages.
Your choices and requests
Marketing choices for Miami Marketer and for the co-host are separate from ticket and recording consent. Transactional messages about a purchase or event access may still be sent. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
An additional-seat guest receives the relevant notices and makes their own choices before joining. For questions about your information or a request to access, correct, or delete it, email support@divorceprepconference.com. We keep records as needed to run the event, deliver purchases, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
